Biotech business Relation has more than doubled its footprint at British Land’s Regent’s Place campus in London.
The company moved to the campus in 2022, taking 5,000 sq ft before taking an additional 1,000 sq ft in early 2024. The business has signed for a further 7,000 sq ft, taking its total footprint to 13,000 sq ft.
British Land has also signed deals with nine new UK-based biotech and health tech start-ups at its new co-working lab space at 184–192 Drummond Street, adjacent to Regent’s Place. Following completion of the deals, the incubator space is 43% let.
