Jones Hargreaves has made five new appointments across three of its UK offices.
The company has recruited Adam Griffiths as associate partner in its Birmingham office. Griffiths (pictured) worked for Cushman and Wakefield in Birmingham for almost seven years, and has significant professional services and project delivery experience.
In addition, senior surveyor Elliot Price has joined Jones Hargreaves’ Manchester office from Hollis Global, and building surveyor Andrew Quinn, principal engineer Arthur Duncan and senior office administrator, Vicky Coxon have all joined the company’s London office.
Matthew Jones, partner and co-founder at Jones Hargreaves, said: “Our new recruits join us at an exciting time. We delivered a strong performance for the first half of 2025, with five significant portfolio survey instructions completed in the past three months alone. This looks set to continue with £80m of projects currently in the pipeline ranging from small warehouse upgrades to major office refurbishments and fit outs and new build developments.
“We’re delighted to welcome our newest team members, as we celebrate being named as one of the Best Places to Work by The Sunday Times for the second year in a row. We are wholly committed to attracting and retaining brilliant people to cement our position as an employer of choice and to keep standards high in the commercial building sector.”
