Arrow Capital Partners has let a 128,000 sq ft logistics unit in Weedon, Northamptonshire, to Product Care Trading.
The unit has undergone an extensive £2.7m refurbishment programme with a new heating system, LED lighting, EV charging points and a new air conditioning system installed.
The property, which is located at Cavalry Hill in close proximity to the A45, A5, M1 and M6 motorways, was acquired for Arrow’s €3bn Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management.
Cormac Dunne, head of real estate, Europe, at Arrow Capital Partners, said: “The completion of this lease so soon after a full refurbishment of the asset highlights the resilience of the local logistics market and robust level of occupier demand for space in the region, due to its central location and excellent transport links. As part of our drive to expand our European portfolio, we are actively looking to acquire attractive, well-located standing assets and development sites across the UK.”
Arrow Capital Partners was advised by Cushman & Wakefield and Lambert Smith Hampton.
