CBRE has appointed Michelle Campbell from Aitchison Raffety as head of metropolitan valuation, to spearhead a new service line in the smaller lot size market.
The newly formed metropolitan valuation team will target new and existing lenders, panel management and broker clients.
At Aitchison Raffety, Campbell served as head of valuation and prior to that she was head of valuation at Copping Joyce Surveyors and spent more than eight years at JLL in the firm’s valuation team.
Lee Bruce, head of UK valuation at CBRE, said: “We have been developing a strategy that addresses the smaller, SME lending market for some time and now that Michelle is in position, we can take our new capability to market. Michelle’s specialist expertise makes it even more compelling, and we’re delighted to have her on board.”
