Colliers has appointed Lucy Stainton to the newly created role of commercial director.

Stainton has more than a decade of industry experience and most recently served as vice president at Green Street, where she played a pivotal role in integrating the Local Data Company (LDC) following its acquisition. Prior to that, she was a board level commercial director at LDC.

In her new role, Stainton will work closely with Colliers’ London retail and offices teams, under its new One London offering, advising owners and occupiers across the full spectrum of services from data-driven location strategy and portfolio optimisation, to analytics and strategic partnerships.

Paul Souber, head of One London at Colliers, said: “Lucy’s appointment marks a significant step forward in our London strategy. Her deep expertise and proven ability to build lasting client relationships will be instrumental in delivering smarter insights and stronger outcomes for our clients. We’re excited about the energy and innovation she brings to the team.”

Stainton added: “I’m absolutely delighted to be joining Colliers at such a transformative moment. With data and strategic partnerships more critical than ever, I’m looking forward to help shape the next chapter of growth through building meaningful client relationships and delivering real impact alongside my new colleagues.”
