Cécile Brisac has joined Gensler London as design director.
Brisac has worked on a number of award-winning international projects in the cultural, sports and leisure, educational, housing and mixed-use sectors over the past 20 years. Prior to joining Gensler, she co-founded her own practices Brisac Gonzalez and Atelier Brisac.
In her new role, Brisac will contribute to the growth of Gensler’s lifestyle portfolio in the UK, France and across Europe.
Brisac said: “I’m delighted to join Gensler London as design director in the lifestyle studio, bringing over 25 years of award-winning international experience across culture, sports, education, housing, and mixed-use projects. This new chapter is an opportunity for me to refocus on the essence of architecture which first drew me to the profession, building on a career dedicated to thoughtful, sustainable, and human-centred design.”
