CBRE has strengthened its Scottish valuations team with the appointment of Stuart Jolly from Avison Young as a director.
Jolly will join CBRE’s Glasgow office in November after almost 10 years at Avison Young. For the past five years he led Avison Young’s valuations team in Scotland and prior to that, he spent nine years at Cushman & Wakefield.
In his new role, he will lead CBRE’s Glasgow valuation team, working closely with Campbell Forsyth, head of valuation, Scotland, and Steven Hirst, a senior director in the firm’s Edinburgh office.
Matt Willcock, managing director for Scotland at CBRE, said: “At CBRE, we are committed to attracting and developing the best talent in the industry – professionals who want to grow, make an impact and help deliver outstanding service to our clients. This strategic hire will bolster our already strong valuations function across the country while elevating the progress we have made to date.”
Jolly added: “The opportunity to join CBRE and lead the valuations team in Glasgow is incredibly exciting. With significant growth opportunities in Scotland, I’m looking forward to working with the wider team to build upon CBRE’s strong reputation and track record.”
