AM Sci Tech, a subsidiary of Hurstwood Holdings and owner of Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks, has let an office suite to Treadwell Group at the Energy Park.
Treadwell Group has signed for Unit F8 at the Enterprise Centre in Bridge of Don. The company’s new facility in Aberdeen will serve as its UK base, supporting operations across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Middle East.
Ben Ross, business solutions manager for Treadwell Group UK, said: “The Energy Park provides exactly what we were looking for to service the UK, Europe and Middle Eastern regions, giving us an initial, modern, well-connected base that aligns with our operational needs and values. As we continue to grow our presence across these regions, our goal is to offer the same reliable GRP solutions and engineering expertise that have served our clients for decades in Australia and the APAC regions.”
Gordon Pirie, asset manager of Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks, added: “We are delighted to welcome Treadwell to the Energy Park. Their decision to establish their first UK location here is a strong vote of confidence in Aberdeen’s growing reputation as a hub for international business. We’re proud to offer the infrastructure and community that can support their continued success.”
