Harris Associates has recruited Emma Glover from JLL as a senior surveyor in its living capital markets team.
At JLL, Glover gained transactional and advisory experience across the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), build-to-rent (BTR), co-living and supported living sectors.
She has advised on buy-side and sell-side investment, development funding and strategic land and redevelopment consultancy.
