Avison Young has bolstered its place advisory team in London by announcing one promotion and three new hires.
Nicola Rigby has been promoted to the role of head of place strategy for the firm and Laira Roberts, Hannah Noble and Emily Gibson have joined the place advisory team from JLL.
Rigby has served as a principal in the place advisory team in Manchester for more than five years and has worked for the company for more than 22 years.
Roberts joins as a principal to lead Avison Young’s development advisory team based in London and is joined by Noble as a director and Gibson as a senior surveyor. Prior to joining Avison Young, Roberts was a senior director and head of development and regeneration for London and the South East at JLL.
