Praxis has let 23,000 sq ft of office space at Solent Business Park in Whiteley, Fareham, to Eight Wealth Management.
The wealth management specialist is taking the entire second floor of the Fusion 1 building on a 12-year lease.
Following completion of the letting, approximately 15,000 sq ft remains available to let across the ground and first floors of the building and strong interest is being shown by a single occupier in the space.
