Kelvion has signed for a 54,239 sq ft unit at Kingsbridge’s Ferne Park industrial scheme in Fareham, Hampshire.
The developer and manufacturer of heat exchange solutions will establish a new technology campus at the site.
Ferne Park, which is located at the centre of the Segensworth Industrial Estate, comprises three units of 54,239 sq ft, 35,453 sq ft and 17,862 sq ft. The units feature EV charging and solar panels and have achieved BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ ratings.
