Indurent has completed the pre-letting of two units at Access 18 Avonmouth.
A 66,000 sq ft build-to-suit facility has been let to a major UK grocery retailer and Vision Vehicles has pre-let 28,000 sq ft at Unit 30, which is scheduled for completion in February 2026.
The scheme will comprise 18 energy-efficient, Grade A industrial units, incorporating roof-mounted PV arrays, EV charging points and high quality office space. The site is located less than a mile from junctions 18 and 18A of the M5 and M49.
