Muse has hired Guy Powell as a senior project manager in its south regional team.
Powell, who has more than 16 years’ experience in the built environment, joins from Populo Living where he was the delivery lead for mixed-use and residential developments.
Prior to this, he worked at Turner & Townsend as project manager on high profile urban transformations and infrastructure developments including Battersea Power Station and Chelsea Barracks.
In his new role, Powell will report into Phil Day, director of project management, and will be responsible for the delivery of major regeneration programmes across the southern region.

Its reputation and track record of delivery, particularly on complex urban regeneration masterplans, is second-to-none. What really stands out to me, is the scale and ambition of its project pipeline in London and the South.
