Telford Living has appointed Craig Flanders as director of asset management.

Flanders, who has nearly 15 years of experience managing mixed-use and retail assets, previously held senior roles at Landsec and Network Rail.

At Telford Living, he will lead asset management with a specific focus on the Chrisp Street Market regeneration and provide strategic input across the company’s wider mixed-use schemes.

Alex Taylor, senior vice president and head of Telford Living, said: “Craig’s appointment marks an important step in strengthening our commercial and operational capabilities as we continue to scale across the living sectors. His broad experience in creating compelling, high performing mixed‑use environments will be invaluable, particularly as we accelerate our work at Chrisp Street Market and across our wider pipeline.”
