Bicester Motion has appointed Danny Curtis from CBRE as estate manager.
Curtis, who has more than a decade of experience in estate, facilities and building management across high-profile commercial portfolios, most recently served as regional facilities manager and estate manager at CBRE where he oversaw more than 1m sq ft of built space and 2.5m sq ft of managed area.
Prior to CBRE, Curtis held senior roles at Lambert Smith Hampton, Cushman & Wakefield, MJ Mapp and Amey.
In his new role, he will be responsible for the operational management of the estate, to ensure exceptional standards, strong stakeholder relationships and the continued sustainable development of the site.
