CBRE has strengthened its development advisory and residential land team in Bristol and the South West with two new hires.
Nic Rumble, who has more than eight years of director-level experience at JLL where he specialised in residential development, has joined the team as senior director. Also joining the team is Martha Freer, who has expertise in development financial viability and appraisals.
CBRE began expanding its development offer in the region in 2022 and the team now comprises five dedicated development specialists.
Tom Morris, managing director for CBRE Midlands and South West, said: “We’ve seen a clear increase in demand for development advice across the South West, particularly within the living sectors. By expanding our team with specialists in land and financial viability, we’re able to offer clients a genuinely joined‑up service, from early stage strategy through to delivery. This is a significant step forward for our Bristol and South West development offering.”
