Avant Homes has secured planning consent for a £67m, 289-home development in Thurnscoe, near Barnsley.
Thorn Wood Gardens will comprise a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and will feature 14 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.
Work is expected to start on site in the spring, with the first homes anticipated to be released for sale later this year.
