Buckley is a specialist in business rates, with extensive experience advising major companies and public sector bodies across the UK.
John Gravett, CEO of Cluttons, said: “With Mark and Gareth working together, we have the leadership strength to accelerate the development of our commercial sector offering. Their combined approach will sharpen our market presence, enhance delivery and help realise our short, medium and long term ambitions.”
Sambridge added: “We are bringing the commercial sector teams together under one strategy to create more impact for clients and deliver a truly integrated service model across the lifecycle.”
Buckley said: “There is huge potential across our commercial business. We have a great team of experts, already delivering on a wide range of projects. Our task is to provide clear direction, grow our market presence and build a strong, joined up commercial strategy for the future.”
