Redford Developments has secured planning consent for a new 400-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme on a 1.8-hectare brownfield site next to the University of Warwick.
The plans propose the demolition of structures within an existing builders merchants on the site and the construction of a landscape-led scheme featuring a significant amount of public open space. Designed by Maber Architects, the buildings will range from 6m to 20m in height.
