Hollis has strengthened its industrial and logistics offer by hiring Tony Hynes, former director and head of project management at Chancerygate.
Hynes, who spent 12 years at Chancerygate, previously held client-side roles at SEGRO and Brixton, delivering new-build, refurbishment and infrastructure projects across major portfolios.
Mark Hampson, chief commercial officer at Hollis, said: “Tony is one of those rare individuals who has literally delivered the market we are now targeting. At Chancerygate, he didn’t just manage projects; he built a project management team that delivered over 70 new-build multi-unit schemes totalling approximately 7m sq ft. That operational blueprint is exactly what our clients need as the market pivots.”
