Prologis has let a 150,911 sq ft unit at Apex Park in Daventry to e-commerce logistics provider Cainiao.
The company, which is part of Alibaba Group, has agreed a 10-year lease on the recently refurbished DC4 unit at Prologis Apex Park.
The EPC A rated unit features advanced LED lighting, a solar PV array and EV charging infrastructure. Following completion of the deal, Prologis Apex Park is fully let.
