Muse has appointed Rhea Stephen as project manager in its south regional team.

Stephen, who previously held project manager roles at Lendlease and Cast Consultancy, has experience of working on complex, mixed-use masterplans such as the Earls Court Masterplan, with a strong focus on sustainability.

In her new role, she will support the next phases of development at Muse’s Bristol Temple Quarter scheme.

Stephen (pictured) said: “Muse has an outstanding reputation for delivering regeneration that genuinely puts communities first, and that is what drew me to the role. The scale and ambition of the southern pipeline, particularly at Bristol Temple Quarter, is incredibly exciting, and I am looking forward to contributing to neighbourhoods that create real, lasting value for the people who live and work in them.”

Simon Harding-Roots, regional managing director – south at Muse, added: “Rhea’s experience in complex, mixed-use masterplans and her expertise in sustainable and specialist construction aligns with our ethos at Muse for delivering developments that are commercially successful but, crucially, create a positive and lasting impact on communities and the environment. Her appointment reinforces our commitment to building a team with the depth and expertise to deliver the next generation of neighbourhoods across the South.”
