Specialist corporate and recovery adviser Fraser Real Estate (Fraser RE) has recruited Victoria Liddell from Allsop as senior director in recovery and restructuring.
Liddell, who is a fixed charge receiver with 20 years’ experience working with most of the major banks and lenders across the UK, led the recoveries business at Allsop since 2017.
Tim Malthouse, from Fraser RE, said: “Owning, operating and delivering the business provides us with a platform which is secure, and enables us to make future decisions and grasp opportunities as they arise. It allows us to continue to work on a basis where the senior expert team is actively delivering technical work directly, rather than passing complex projects on to less experienced surveyors once business is won, and enables us to attract other such specialists to join our business who share this vision.”
