Logicor has secured detailed planning consent for the 557,000 sq ft Logicor Park Bardon logistics development in Bardon, Leicestershire.

Located in Coalville, the scheme is set to be delivered in late 2027 and Logicor is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ accreditations.

The development will include more than 4,500 sq m of photovoltaic panels and provide EV charging across 550 parking spaces. It will be net zero carbon in construction and 98% of demolition materials will be recycled.

Charlie Howard, UK managing director at Logicor, said: “Following recent successful lettings of over 1.3m sq ft at our new developments in Daventry and Derby, we are delighted to launch Logicor Park Bardon, which will provide over 500,000 sq ft of best-in-class sustainable warehousing in an established and prime logistics location within the Golden Triangle. We anticipate continued success and leasing velocity in the XL warehouse space in the UK and look forward to bringing this unique and exciting opportunity to the market.”

Savills and Apex have been appointed as agents for Logicor Park Bardon.
