BNP Paribas Real Estate has bolstered is UK rating team with two senior appointments.
Esther Howard has joined the firm’s Sheffield office as director and Andy Boal has been appointed Scottish head of rating in Glasgow.
Howard has extensive experience in rating and taxation and previously held senior roles at Newmark and CBRE. Boal (pictured) joins BNP Paribas Real Estate from Shepherds Chartered Surveyors where he was head of rating for almost 10 years.
