A public consultation on the development masterplan for an area surrounding Euston train station in London has got underway.
The masterplan for the site envisages the delivery of up to 1,500 new homes, including affordable, alongside new workplaces, shops, cafes and restaurants and public realm.
The newly established Euston Delivery Company is leading work to deliver a modern, integrated transport gateway, unlocking the site’s full potential for growth, while Lendlease is bringing forward regeneration plans for the area.
As part of the consultation process, Lendlease will engage with local people through a programme of drop-in events, workshops and activities across Euston until 8 August. Construction of the first buildings is expected to begin in 2028.
The project is part of the Impact Partnership Joint Venture between Lendlease and The Crown Estate, which completed earlier this week.
