BTG Eddisons has strengthened its North West operation with the appointment of Ian Steele as a director in its property agency team.
Steele, who has worked in the North West office market for more than 30 years, has spent the past seven years as a principal at Avison Young’s Liverpool office, having previously been a senior director at GVA.
In his new role, he will work alongside BTG Eddisons property agency directors Robert Diggle and David Baker, primarily focusing on office agency and development.
