All Trade Distributors has signed for a 23,447 sq ft warehouse at Rabone Park, Smethwick, on a 10-year lease.
The company intends to use the semi-detached, self-contained Unit 4 as a cash and carry operation.

Ed Kennerley, from BOX4 Real Estate, which acted on behalf of the landlord on the transaction, added: “Unit 4, Rabone Park is a well-specified warehouse in a well-established industrial part of Smethwick, and we’re pleased to have secured All Trade Distributors Ltd as the new occupier. Demand for good quality industrial and warehouse space of this size in the Black Country market remains extremely strong.”
