Maven Capital Partners has strengthened its presence in the North East of England with two new portfolio manager appointments.
Catherine Earl has more than a decade of board-level experience across private equity-backed and family-owned businesses, with a strong track record in M&A, business expansion and finance transformation, alongside overseeing financial reporting and operational performance.
Graham Palmer, who has also joined the business as portfolio manager previously served as group chief financial officer at Indigo Software, where he played a key role in the company’s sale to Aptean.
