Real Estate Balance has launched the latest version of its industry-wide diversity survey.

Now in its tenth year, the survey, which takes place every two years, tracks the experiences of people working in property and identifies the drivers and barriers to progress.

The survey runs until the end of the month and the results, which will be published early in the new year, will help to build a picture of where the industry currently stands and its direction of travel over time.

As in previous years, the data will be gathered via a people survey for individuals and a company survey for Real Estate Balance’s members.

PJ Galvin, managing director of Real Estate Balance, said: “I’m pleased to announce the launch of our survey and want to encourage everyone working in real estate to share their experiences with us. Your insights will help build a valuable picture of the industry’s current performance and its progress over the last 10 years, so we can collectively work to make it fairer and more equitable. We’d like property professionals from all backgrounds and levels of seniority to take part, to ensure that voices from right across the industry are represented and heard.”
