Oxford Properties Group has appointed James Boadle as head of Europe and Asia Pacific.
Boadle, who has almost two decades of real estate experience, currently serves as senior vice-president and head of asset management and development, Europe and APAC at Oxford.
He joined Oxford’s European investments team in January 2015 and subsequently held a series of senior positions in the investment group and more latterly across the organisation.
In his new role, Boadle will lead Oxford’s approximately £9bn Europe and Asia Pacific portfolio which spans direct IPP assets, developments, operating platforms, joint ventures and funds. He will also join Oxford’s global management team, executive committee and investment committee.
