James Finnis, head of UK agency at JLL, said: “JLL’s commitment to the continued growth and development of our people has ensured that we have the right talent in place to succeed Andy and Geoffrey. In their new leadership roles Mel and Mike will undoubtedly continue to deliver excellence for our clients and teams.

“Mel and Mike have been contributing to the success of their teams for many years and both have established track records in delivering for our clients.
