Addington Capital has let the 20,000 sq ft fifth floor of 10 Fleet Place, London EC4, to global strategy consultancy firm Simon Kutcher & Partners.
The firm is taking the space on a 10-year lease from 1 February 2023, with an upwards only rent review at the end of the fifth year.
Earlier this year, Addington Capital let 33,000 sq ft of space on two floors of the landmark 185,000 sq ft Midtown building to global top 10 law firm Hogan Lovells. Other tenants of the building include Interpath Advisory, Mott MacDonald and CNBC.
David Dalrymple, partner at Addington Capital, said: “The ongoing success at 10 Fleet Place is down to the demand for high quality space in Midtown and the City. We have invested heavily during the past 18 months to vastly improve the internal finishes and wider facilities of the building to make it significantly more attractive to occupiers. This has paid off and we now have a list of blue chip and respected tenants, all on favourable lease terms.
“We are delighted to have secured this letting to such a prestigious tenant and are looking forward to attracting further high calibre businesses to the building.”
Ingleby Trice and Savills are marketing the remaining 40,000 sq ft of CAT A office space at a rental level of around £67.50//sq ft. There is also 4,111 sq ft of ground floor retail space available to let.
Ingleby Trice acted on the Simon Kutcher & Partners deal for the landlord and Kinney Green acted for the tenant.
