Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has appointed Agata Moreau (pictured) as development director and Cyril Bouazdi as construction manager for France.

The appointments coincide with TCC completing its first site acquisition in France – an 11-hectare site in Appoigny, near Paris, on which a Grade A logistics asset will be developed.

Moreau joins from Panattoni where she was head of asset and transaction management. Prior to that, she was deputy real estate director at Bolloré Transport & Logistics.

Bouazdi joins TCC from PRD Company and prior to that he worked at Faubourg Promotion Company. Moreau and Bouazdi will report to Jean-Marc Blanc, head of France and Belgium.

Blanc said: “We are delighted to have Agata and Cyril on the team as they both bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the logistics sector. Our first deal in France demonstrates how our European offering continues to thrive and we anticipate this site to bring a wealth of opportunities.

“We will continue to build on our progress to date with an exciting pipeline of sites and projects in the works for 2023. Despite global economic headwinds, we have strong prospects for the coming year and TCC has the appetite and expertise to continue to grow.”
