Former English rugby league referee James Child has been hired as an associate director in CBRE’s development advisory team.
Child, who will be based in Leeds, but work across the north of England, has almost 20 years’ experience in the property industry, predominantly as principal land and property officer with Leeds City Council. He combined his 12-year role as an elite rugby league match official with his career as a chartered surveyor.
