Sovereign Centros has bolstered its development management team with the appointment of Joseph Daver as development manager.
Prior to joining Sovereign Centros, Daver worked at LCR Property in the development and asset management teams, working primarily on complex development opportunities around transport hubs, in collaboration with public sector bodies. In his new role he will work across a variety of the company’s development and refurbishment projects.
Chris Geaves, chief executive of Sovereign Centros, said: “As one of the most active development management businesses in the UK, we have a current project pipeline of approximately 5m sq ft stretching from Scotland to the south of England.”
