Quadrant appoints Colliers’ Beeching as associate partner

Quadrant has recruited Rob Beeching from Colliers as an associate partner in its central London office team.

Beeching, who graduated from the University of Reading in 2016 with an MSc in real estate, spent six years at Colliers primarily in the London capital markets team, completing sales and acquisitions and advising a variety of private clients, institutional investors and developer. He also gained prior experience at CBRE in London and Hong Kong and at Axa Investment Managers.

At Quadrant, he will focus on the origination of new opportunities with a specific focus on central London office-led development, albeit with exposure to a diverse range of asset classes.
