STEM specialist recruitment partner SThree has taken 15,000 sq ft at Mitsubishi Estate London and Stanhope’s 8 Bishopsgate scheme in the City of London.
The company has signed for level 16 on a 10-year lease. Following completion of the deal, more than 450,000 sq ft has now been let at the WilkinsonEyre-designed building.
