Ascend has strengthened its senior operational team with the appointment of Andrew Seldon as operations director.
Seldon has more than 30 years’ leadership experience across the residential property sector, having held senior in-house positions – including CEO and MD – for a broad range of UK businesses.
In his new role, he will work on further strengthening the firm’s operational excellence, improving engagement across the business and developing high-performing teams and scalable processes that enhance the occupier, investor and colleague experience while supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.
