Avison Young has promoted Helen Ewles to interim regional head of real estate management (REM) for the North East and Scotland.
Helen has been with AY (formerly GVA) for nearly 17 years, starting in the national inspection team. She transitioned to property management within the Newcastle REM surveying team in 2019 and was promoted to associate director in 2023.
Ewles said: “I am thrilled to be stepping into the role of interim regional head and believe we have so many opportunities in this region to build on the experience and success of the national REM team. I look forward to working with colleagues to drive the growth and impact of the Avison Young brand.”
