Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt has resubmitted a planning application for 119 new homes at Plevna Crescent in North London.
A planning application to build 72 homes at the site was originally approved in 2017, but delays caused by Brexit and Covid were compounded by the insolvency of the contractor, leading to work that had started on site being paused.
In consultation with the local authority, Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt has revisited the design and has added nine storeys across the four proposed buildings.
The £30m tenure blind development will provide a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bed apartments and the affordable housing provision is being delivered in collaboration with Haringey Council.
