Bidwells has strengthened its project management capability in the North with three new hires from Buro Four.
Gary James and Andrew Cobbold, who have been hired as partners, and Benjamin Flenley, who has been appointed senior project manager, will reunite with former colleague David Boles, who leads Bidwells’ northern operations.
Boles said: “The guys join us at a time of rapid development opportunity across the North of England, especially with the increasing demand for the delivery of complex, residential, science and technology and regeneration-led schemes. Their experience, and the fact we’re a proven team together, will be key to developing Bidwells to play a major role in shaping the region’s next phase of growth.”
