Frasers Property UK has let 3,620 sq ft of office space to Segen at 200 Fowler Avenue, Farnborough Business Park, in Hampshire.
The renewables distributor has agreed a five-year lease on the fitted office space and will relocate to the business park from its current home in Aldershot.
