Birkdale Sales has signed for the first unit at the 150,000 sq ft expansion of Prologis Park Coventry.
The expansion of the park comprises DC14, a 64,390 sq ft build-to-suit unit for Birkdale Sales, and DC15, a 83,606 sq ft speculative unit.
