Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP) has let 44,523 sq ft to coffee business UCC for its new UK headquarters at Linford Wood in Milton Keynes.
The Japanese total coffee solution brand’s new headquarters is split between office and warehousing space and provides scope for future expansion on adjacent land.
Matthew Green, property development director at MKDP said: “Securing UCC’s headquarters in the city is a significant achievement for Milton Keynes. Retaining a global business and safeguarding local jobs is a vital component in the continued economic success of the city. We are delighted to welcome UCC to Linford Wood and look forward to a long and successful relationship. This strategic move reinforces Milton Keynes’ position as a thriving hub for international businesses and innovation.”
Kenneth Porter, from UCC, added: “We look forward to operating from our new location in 2026 and beyond. Our new home in Milton Keynes gives us a fantastic, open, modern space for our team to work together in, our customers to visit and collaborate with us and for the long term development of our coffee business.”
