Canary Wharf Group (CWG) and Kadans Science Partner (Kadans) have won planning approval for the development of a 23-storey, 823,000 sq ft “state-of-the-art” commercial health and life sciences tower at North Quay, Canary Wharf.
The development partners said the Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates-designed “vertical campus” would be “Europe’s largest and most technologically advanced life sciences facility”.
Enabling works on the 3.3 hectare site are already underway and the building is expected to complete in 2027.
