TT Group has been given the go-ahead for the redevelopment of a former police station in Shepherd’s Bush, London.
The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham approved TT’s plans – subject to the completion of a section 106 agreement – to deliver 53 new homes on the site (35% affordable), together with ground floor flexible, affordable workspace or community use.
The existing building on Uxbridge Road will be demolished and replaced by a Formation Architects-designed scheme which includes a host of sustainability features, such as an air source heat pump, PV panels and green roofs.

“The scheme will provide new high quality and affordable homes for the borough, while also helping to activate and revitalise the high street. The provision of ground floor affordable community use or workspace at discounted rent, as well as plantings and improvements to pedestrian and cycle ways, will benefit the whole community.
