The Portman Estate appoints new non-exec director

The Portman Estate has appointed Emma Huepfl as a non-executive director. 

Huepfl, who has 30 years experience of real estate debt markets, currently chairs the Bank of England’s commercial property forum. She is a senior adviser to Redevco’s real estate debt platform, a non-executive director of April Mortgages and a senior adviser to CREFi, a platform providing data and analytics on European commercial real estate debt.

Earlier in her career, Huepfl co-founded and managed two real estate lending businesses before Laxfield Capital was acquired by CBRE Investment Management, where she subsequently served as co-head of EMEA credit until 2023.
