Centrick has appointed Seonaid Ward as director of building surveying in the company’s valuation and professional services division.
Ward has 20 years of industry experience across the industrial, commercial, retail and residential property sectors and has delivered a broad range of core building surveying services, including planned preventative maintenance, technical due diligence, dilapidations, defect diagnosis and contract administration for a diverse client base.
Prior to joining Centrick, Ward worked for Avison Young, Hollis, JLL, Lambert Smith Hampton and Savills.
